Optimism - Glass half full or half empty? - Starter
« on: April 13, 2015, 07:26:42 PM »
Is the glass half full, or half empty?
Are you optimistic or pessimistic?
We get some insights from young people.

Let's ask some experts. What do they think?

Here is an extended version of the above video.
It is really an SLT meeting.
If you are a regular teacher, you have always wondered what happened in SLT meetings.
Well this is it.
The whole truth.
Shhh. Don't let anyone know that you have discovered this.

The maths department liked the SLT meeting video above. So true.

However, maths teachers see the world in a totally different way.
This is their take on the half full, half empty debate.

Imagine an SLT meeting full of maths teachers!!!!!!  :)

Staff meetings can be so intense.
Let's take a break and learn from the children.

Sometimes being optimistic can be dangerous.

So it's often better to have a backup plan  :D
