If you are having problems logging in to your AssemblyTube account it may be because you have forgotten your username or password.


You can retrieve your details by using this form.
The form requires either your username or the email address that you used to create the account.

After submitting this form you will receive a message in the inbox of the email address that you used to set up your AssemblyTube account.
If you do not receive this email please check your spam folder as our email reply may have gone there.

If you are a Club Member but cannot download files, please check that you are using the account that you originally used to set up your Club Membership.

You can check whether your Club Membership has expired by looking in your personal profile area, under paid subscriptions.

If you do not receive a reply after using this form, again check your spam folder. If the reply is not there either, your internet provider may be blocking emails from our email account. In this case try using the contact form using an alternative email address that you may have.
