Hi Amanda, sorry you are having problems.

The link you used goes to a PowerPoint Presentation in the downloads section. The files in this section can only be downloaded by Club Members.

However, there is a pdf version of this file which Regular Members can download here.

The Club Member PowerPoint Version has the advantage of being editable and is animated, whereas the pdf version is static and not editable. If you want the PowerPoint version you would need to join the AssemblyTube Club, and then the link you clicked on will allow the file to be downloaded.
